SHIPPING

Your JoJo will be shipped via UPS within 24 hour of purchase date, unless on a weekend or holiday (then it goes out Monday or next business day!). Once your order is shipped, you should receive a tracking link via email. If you don’t receive it for some reason, please contact me! I’ll resend it to you.

Most shipments via UPS ground are received within 3-7 business days of order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We don’t currently ship internationally. We promise, though, we are working on it!

RETURNS

WE ARE REALLY NEW… PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US?

The JoJo is quickly growing in popularity, therefore admittedly, we were not prepared to handle returns frequently. If for some reason, you do need to return, please be patient with our response time. I promise to get back to you, it must might be a few days.

We are confident that your baby and family will love your JoJo. We allow the JoJo to be returned, per the following provisions:

Lightly, or not, used. For safety reasons, and because we are still so small, we cannot accept used JoJos as returns.
Please return your unused JoJo within 15 days of receipt. Instructions below.
We understand that you may get your JoJo in the mail, and it may be not what you were expecting, or by some act of God, damaged. If so, contact me directly at nicole@nicoleandco.co and I will immediately send you a return label and/or a new JoJo.
