Grow to Hustle

This transition usually happens without much awareness. Grow season is full of dreams and goals and making way for big things. Transitioning that into fruition is fairly seamless.

I would love to offer you some valuable tips and tricks and things I love during this transition, but in total honesty, that answer is wine and sleep meditations. I tend to find a lot of stress during these seasons, even though I love them. And wine and sleep is how I tend to cope with that. Please cope responsibly!

Disclaimers:

  • Because this transition happens without a lot of effort, it can feel extra long. Try and be incredibly self aware during this time, so you don’t miss it.

  • Rest follows Hustle for this reason – the length. If you can find the transition point, take a week or two and let it settle. Use some of the transitional reflection techniques we talk about, and take the time to notice what’s happening.
