FAQ

This, of course, is the easy part! You’ll inquire about a service from our INQUIRE page and (or right here) and we will set up a phone call to chat! Once we decide on the best course of action for your project, we’ll get the ball rolling.

First, we will get you set up with a proposal, delivered to you digitally, that you can either approve or edit. This proposal will outline the scope of the project, timeline and budget. Once approved, we will both sign our agreement to work together and viola! The project gets started immediately.

We require a deposit of 1/3 of the project’s estimated total cost when we agree to work together. This deposit is non-refundable and ensures the time and space in our schedule to work together. The reminder of the project budget is due upon receipt of your final files or site launch. If needed, we do have payment plans available as well as discounts for packages when bundled together.

Depending on the scope of the project, the initial design process can take between 4-6 weeks. Site designs and development can take between 6-10 weeks. However, many projects can wrap up quickly or take much longer, depending on how fast response time is between client and Nicole&Co.

Because we are contractors and doing the work for you, once final payment is made, the final designs belong to you! You did pay for them, after all! Copyright of these final designs is held to you, however, concepts, working files and ideas are still Nicole&Co’s property. We also reserve the right to share your designs for use in our portfolio, marketing purposes, etc., but we will NEVER resell them or copy them.

Yep! You’ll have Nicole’s private phone number as well as access to her 24/7 through email should you need it. Nicole works hands-on with every single project, and all designs are created exclusively by her. You will communicate with her side-kick Shannon for most things like scheduling, housekeeping, payment, etc., but Nicole is always your go-to girl.

Absolutely. If you’d like to get on our schedule for a project you have coming up, but aren’t ready to dive into yet, we can certainly get you on the books. All we require is a timeline for starting the project and our project deposit.
